With the technological know-how of our partners and our competent engineers, we are also able to develop very comprehensive solutions for our customers. Our engineers have also built up a wide range of knowledge in the field of drive technology, which is a great advantage when developing solutions together.
Our engineers will help you with the design of your application right through to series production of your product. We take your requirements and wishes into account and work with you to find the best solution for your drive challenge.
Project support
We can also offer you an on-site appointment during which we can present our drive solutions and options to you in detail. We can also demonstrate the compactness of our wheel drive system to you on site. This way, you can convince yourself of our wheel drive in advance.
We are happy to provide support during commissioning and – if necessary – to be on site.
Series support
Not only our engineers, but also our sales staff will be happy to assist you in all (commercial) matters. We can arrange individual delivery solutions such as KANBAN delivery or warehousing so that you can optimally serve your customers in series production.
Our aim is your satisfaction, not only in engineering but also in the series delivery of the drive solution.
After-sales service
We are also there for you after the purchase!
We deliver the spare parts to you quickly and are also at your side quickly in the event of complaints, offering short-term solutions and analyzing the cause of the complaint in parallel.
In relation to the b-drives® eWheel:
We provide you with the entire drive system for your AGV, so you have just one contact partner for all issues relating to your AGV drive, which is clearly to your advantage.
The gear-wheel combination can be purchased from us as a spare part, for example, so that your vehicle can be quickly put back into operation by your customer.
