Our range extends from 24V DC to 400V AC and only ends at an output of over 100 kW.

Powerful controllers for servomotors and BLDC motors
Our controllers for servomotors and BLDC motors are characterized by their reliability, compact design and high performance.
Thanks to numerous feedback options (Hall sensors, incremental encoders, SSI/BiSS, SIN/COS) and all common fieldbuses such as CANbus, EtherCat and ProfiNet, the controllers can be used flexibly in a wide variety of applications.
The available power range extends from 300 W in the DC range to 100 kW as an AC servo controller. Many controllers have the STO safety feature. Many controllers also have UL approval and CE marking.
Selected BLDC controllers are freely programmable and therefore offer PLC functionality that speeds up the process. The actual PLC is relieved and is therefore even superfluous in some cases.
What is the dual-axis controller from
b-Drives?
The b-drives dual-axis controller E-2D-F3 is a highly integrated servo controller solution specially developed for use on traction drives in AGVs/AMRs.
In line with market requirements, we have focused on maximum efficiency and an extremely compact design during development. Thanks to the field-oriented control, we achieve very good control behavior.
Optimized efficiency and uptime
With an efficiency of over 98 %, an integrated brake voltage reduction and the option of brake energy recovery, the controller is optimized for a long operating time of the AGV per charging cycle.
Among other things, this is achieved through optimum cooling thanks to the housing design. Great importance was also attached to smart connection technology. By this we mean that the wiring is fast, error-free and cost-effective, thus avoiding errors and their subsequent costs for the customer and in use.
Safety for man and machine
Automated guided vehicles interact with people in many areas, which places special demands on safety technology.
We fully meet these requirements with our components. With our controllers, we can realize very short brake application times which, in conjunction with the optimum braking torque, have a direct influence on the braking distance and thus on the permissible vehicle performance. The dual-axle controllers can be easily integrated into a wide range of safety concepts.
Very good results are also achieved with regard to electromagnetic compatibility thanks to optimum shielding support.
