It consists of a modular system from which you can combine your optimum wheel drive system: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 motor sizes up to 750W rated power<\/li>\n<li>2 voltages (24V\/48V)<\/li>\n<li>3 reduction ratios (i=11, i=20, i=30)<\/li>\n<li>3 wheel diameters (140mm, 160mm, 200mm)<\/li>\n<li>3 braking torques (1Nm to 3Nm)<\/li>\n<li>Further additional options such as a safety encoder or compatibility with the Simatic Micro-Drive <\/li>\n<li>We also offer the appropriate control electronics with SafeTorqueOff (PLd) as a double-axis controller for control via CANopen and voltages up to 60V<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Typically, requirements such as weights or speeds for the AGV change during the course of development. Thanks to the modularity of the construction kit, the b-drives\u00ae eWheel can be easily adapted to your new requirements without having to make any changes to the AGV.  <\/p>\n<p>The load capacity of the b-drives\u00ae eWheel is 500 kg per wheel and speeds of over 3.5 m\/s can be achieved.<\/p>\n<p>Another smart unique selling point of the b-drives\u00ae eWheel is its unique ease of maintenance. By loosening just three screws, the wheel can be changed in just a few seconds. All wearing parts, such as the wheel, bearings, grease and gearbox, are replaced in a single assembly step.
